of them exhibiting a 'sigil' or unique symbol that has a definition associated with it, and one
being left blank called 'the unknowable'. Rune readings are done by yourself or by another
person doing a rune reading for you. Runes can be made of any substance, but most
common you'll find them made of stone. I have found that the best runes for one to use in
general are those you make for yourself. Any oracle that you create, and put your energy
into are going to connect with your higher self easier and quicker. You can connect with a
set that you purchase, it just takes longer. I advise students to put any new tool under their
pillow for a full moon cycle of 28 days to speed up the process.
