Hello! This video located below was produced by Dayna
Lee and will teach you how to view your past lives! I am a
real psychic that teaches each month many students in
southern Arizona how to use crystal balls and how
effective full moon gazing into a scrying mirror can be. I
am extremely successful in my teachings of this art. I
normally choose to use the gazing mirror, like the ones I
show in the video, but this art and the way I teach it can be
used with a crystal ball or other quartz crystal. The video

- Drink plenty of water.
- Cleanse your aura with either sage or a sea
salt bath prior to gazing. - Record everything you see, and feelings or
intuitive information that you receive. - Remember the three P's. Practice, Patience
and Persevere. - Beginners may want to stick close to the full
moon for sessions. - Limit your sessions to 20 minutes.
- Center yourself with Pranayama. (the
voluntary way of breathing that is
demonstrated in the film) - NO DRUGS! Do this sober, or not at all.
You want to be in control. Try to ease off
the caffeine too. The more pure your body
and mind, the easier and better your visions
will be. - Eat 'light' the day of scrying.
- Wear loose fitting clothing or none at all.
- Keep lights dim or off. Stick to candlelight.
- Use mugwort or wormwood as incense.
Sage to bless and cleanse. - Keep white light around you and your
'sacred space' the entire time. - Store your mirror or crystal ball covered and
put in a special place. Set in the sun and the
moon the day of the full moon. - Take the phone off the hook, and ask others
not to disturb you during this very brief
period. - Allow yourself to blink, even look away if
you need to stretch or shift your position. - Keep the flame from any candles OUT of the
reflection of the mirror. - Remember to gaze into the 'back of the
retina' like I explain on the film. That trick
alone, for lack of a better word, has been
what students say was the 'key' to their
success. - Remember, you are in control of the session.
Heed the advice I give at the end of the film
in case of any unexpected 'visitors'. - Always say 'thank you' at the end of the
session...even though to your 'higher self', a
simple thanks goes a long way!

| To Whom it May Concern: I have recently had the pleasure of attending one of Dayna Lee's scrying classes. I was impressed with Dayna throughout the evening for several reasons. She spoke as if speaking to friends. She introduced the subject in a way that made it very clear what we were going to do, with no doubt whatsoever in her mind that everyone attending the class would be able to do it.
